For cases when imminent storms—or any sort of natural
disasters—are expected to occur, we temporarily provision
extra replicas across regions.
Latest and greatest
We use the most recent Redis version for all new instances provisioned.
If you need something special, we have no problem setting up
your instance with a particular version.
Memory monitoring
Hosting Redis requires careful handholding. One of the most
common problems people encounter is running out of memory. We
monitor your memory usage, and notify you when it reaches 80%.
In addition, we boost your max memory temporarily in order to
prevent potential data loss.
Redis — cloud hosting
With your selected plan, comes an estimated included storage in GB. In practice, this included storage is calculated in GB·h.
At the end of each month, we will sum up the total amount of GB·h used by your database.
If this sum is over your monthly included storage, each extra GB·h will be billed with the following rates:
— 0.007€/Gigabyte-hour for Starter plans
— 0.014€/Gigabyte-hour for Business plans

Our mission is to provide the most reliable hosting service out
there. All plans include a replica. Should your main instance
go down, your backup replica is automatically promoted as the
new master, and redundancy is restored within minutes.

Choose a plan which suits your needs, and upgrade to a bigger plan
anytime. When you upgrade, a new instance will be provisioned for
you, and will be synced with your existing one. Your old instance
will be left running for 1 hour to ensure minimal downtime
upgrades.
