Вопрос заключается в выборе способа взаимодействия с пользователем. Однако вполне допустима ситуация работы без сайта, но с биллингом. Существует множество различных биллинг-панелек, которые при своей работе порождают вполне неплохую заглавную страницу, которая во многих случаях выполняет роль основного сайта.
Существует множество различных панелек биллинга. Прежде всего настоятельно рекомендую отринуть бесплатные решения. Они не безопасны, а от работы биллинга зависят операции с вашими деньгами, пренебрегать безопасностью тут не следует. Большая часть ПО биллинга — это платные решения.
В моём случае не стал выдумывать велосипед и ограничился самым распространённым решением — WHMCS (). Регистрация физического лица (обычный пользователь)
- Выбираете страну гражданства (паспорт которой у вас есть),
- Указываете email адрес,
- Обязательно выставьте галочку на Я ознакомлен(а), принимаю публичный договор.
- После этого вы автоматически попадаете в лицевой счет биллинг панели и данные доступа (ID и пароль) отправляются на указанный вами email адрес.
Проверьте почту, которую вы указали при регистрации.
Должно придти письмо от Вебхоста, подтверждающее регистрацию. В нем вы найдете:
- пароль — используйте для входа в аккаунт;
- номер вашего лицевого счета (ID) — пригодится для обращения в техническую поддержку.
Сохраните эти данные в надежном месте!
Что делать, если письмо не пришло?
- Подождите 5-10 минут, иногда письмо приходит не сразу;
- Проверьте папку Спам, возможно письмо попало туда;
- Убедитесь, что вы проверяете именно ту почту, которую указали при регистрации.

Регистрация ИП (индивидуальный предприниматель) и Организации (компании)
- Мы работает с Индивидуальными Предпринимателями и Организациями только зарегистрированными в России,
- Указываете email адрес,
- Обязательно выставьте галочку на Я ознакомлен(а), принимаю публичный договор.
- Поиск организации в данное поле необходимо указать свой ИНН и система автоматически найдет вас и заполнит все необходимые поля.
- После этого вы автоматически попадаете в лицевой счет биллинг панели и данные доступа (ID и пароль) отправляются на указанный вами email адрес.
Теперь необходимо зайти в биллинг панель(данные пришли вам на почту указанную ранее) и заключить с нами договор.
1. После того как войдете в биллинг панель, переходим в раздел реквизиты и заполняем все поля;
2. переходим в профиль и проверяем все поля;
3. если все заполнено верно, то у вас появится сообщение и форма для печати договора. Нажмите РАСПЕЧАТАТЬ ДОГОВОР

- поставьте печать организации, для ИП печать не обязательная;
